Kindly :
  • Read the instructions carefully before filling the form.
  • Fill only one form for one applicant.
To fill in the Registration Form :
  • Use Microsoft Edge / Mozilla (55+) / Google Chrome (80+) and Turn Off Pop-up Blocker of your Browser.
AGE CRITERIA
  • The date of birth of the child should be between 1st October 2020 to 31st December 2021. (Both days inclusive)
  • Only the Birth Certificate registered by the Municipal Corporation within three months of the birth of the child in ENGLISH will be accepted. Official translation proof required if not in English.
HOW TO FILL :
  1. Use Tab Key or mouse control to fill in the form. Do not press Enter Key.
  2. Fill in each entry accurately.
  3. Upload :
    1. A recent passport size coloured photogragh of the child. (Maximum 100 kb in .jpg/.jpeg format only)
    2. The Birth Certificate (Maximum 600 kb in .pdf format only)
  4. After filling in all the entries in the Registration Form, click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click “Print Registration Form” and Enter the Registration No. and Mobile No. to print the Registration Form.
REGISTRATION FEE :
  1. Rs. 500/- is to be paid online here (Pay Registration Fee ) and bring a print of this fee receipt for submission with registration form.
  2. For these Registrations Interaction Date & time will be available on the school website later.
SUBMISSION OF FORM AT SCHOOL OFFICE :
Both the parents should come along with the child to submit the form and the required documents on the date and time as mentioned in the Interaction slip.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Attach the following documents with the Registration Form in the following order:
  1. Printout of the Registration Form (on A4 sheet) with recent photographs and signatures of both father and mother.
  2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card :
    1. having spelling of the name of the child as filled in the Form.
    2. registered by the government authorities within three months of the birth of the child.
    3. issued by hospitals and nursing homes will not be accepted.
      ANY CHANGE IN DATE OF BIRTH WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AT ANY STAGE LATER ON BY THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES.
  3. Proof of school currently attended by the child:
    Black & white photocopy (on A4 sheet) of Progress Report Card having child’s name, class and session.
  4. Medical Certificate (Original) from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  5. For Address proof – attach ANY ONE of the following:
    Photocopy of Aadhar Card / Passport/ Voter Card/ Electricity Bill/ Driving License
  6. Parent’s Educational Documents :
    Self attested copy of ONLY - last Educational Certificate / Diploma /Degree (whichever is applicable).
  7. Other documents [only if applicable] :

    Christians only Baptism Certificate attested by Parish Priest
    Sibling (in Holy Cross Convent, Kolhapur) Half Yearly Examination Report Card [2024-2025]
    Caste Certificate Optional *(If Applicable)
RESULT :
  • Result will be sent through SMS to parents.
NOTE :
  • The registration form is non transferable.
  • Incomplete/Incorrectly filled form will be automatically rejected.
  • Amount paid for the registration will not be refunded for any reason.
  • Registration of the child will not be a guarantee for admission.
  • No recommendation from any source shall be accepted.
  • School does not accept any donation.BEWARE OF INTERMEDIARIES.
  • The decision of the Management regarding admission will be final and binding.
